ABALONE CHORIZO SOPES
INGREDIENTS
200 gr Abalone Chorizo / 50 gr Diced tomato / 50gr Diced white onion / 1 Serrano chile / 20 gr Diced cilantro / 1 Green lemon / Sour cream, necessary amount / Lettuce, necessary amount / Avocado slices, necessary amount / 3 tbl. Spoons Cooked beans / 60g Crumbled cotija cheese / 1 Chopped potato / 4 Sopes

Spoons Cooked beans / 60g Crumbled cotija cheese / 1 Chopped potato / 4 Sopes
1. Heat the sopes. 2. Sauté the potato and Chorizo. 3. Place ingredients on sope in the following order: beans, potato and Chorizo, onion, tomato, cilantro, chile, sour cream, cheese, avocado and lettuce. 4. Serve with crumbled cotija cheese and salsa on top.
