SHARK MACHACA
INGREDIENTS
150 ml Apple vinegar / 150 ml Olive oil / 1 kg Cooked shredded smooth hound fish / 1 can Seedless olives / 500 ml Tomato sauce / 1 or 2 Chipotle chiles in adobe / 1 Avocado / Flour tortillas, necessary amount.
150 ml Apple vinegar / 150 ml Olive oil / 1 kg Cooked shredded smooth hound fish / 1 can Seedless olives / 500 ml Tomato sauce / 1 or 2 Chipotle chiles in adobe / 1 Avocado / Flour tortillas, necessary amount.
1. Mix olive oil with apple vinegar and empty into hot skillet with smooth hound fish. 2. Stir until sponged. 3. Add olives, tomato sauce and chipotles. 4. Season and let boil until dry. 5. Serve with avocado slices and flour tortillas.
