Potato Flautas with Sea Snail Chorizo

POTATO FLAUTAS WITH SEA SNAIL CHORIZO

 
INGREDIENTS
3 Corn tortillas / 1 Cooked potato / 120 gr sea snail chorizo / Lettuce, desired amount / 2 tbl. Spoons sour cream / 2 Thinly sliced radishes / Red hot sauce, necessary amount / Cooking oil.
 
1. Heat tortillas, roll flautas with potato filling, secure with toothpick. 2. Deep fry while sautéing chorizo in skillet. 3. Serve flautas with chorizo on top. 4. Plate with other ingredients.
