Sea Snail Pozole


2 Cans Sea snail diced / 2 L White fish broth / 1 kg Hominy / 5 Radishes / Ground piquin chile. necessary amount / 3 Guajillo chiles / Cabbage, necessary amount / Dried oregano, necessary amount / Ground cumin, necessary amount / Salt and pepper.
1. Boil in fish broth the guajillo chiles and blend. 2. Taste to verify flavor and add hominy, cumin and sea snail. 3. Boil for a few minutes. 4. Serve and add oregano, piquin chile, sliced radish and cabbage.
