Lobster with Butter


1 Butterflied lobster / 100 gr Butter / 100 gr Beans / Flour tortillas, desired amount / 150 gr Cooked white rice / 3 Cherry tomatoes / 2 cloves Minced garlic / 1 diced Celery stalk / Salt and pepper, desired amount.
1. Add salt and pepper to lobster and sear shell side up in skillet with butter, celery and garlic. 2. Prepare rice with a bit of celery and olive oil to season. 3. Cook beans with 1 laurel leave and white onion. 4. Serve lobster with flour tortillas, rice with celery, pot beans with cherry tomato quarters and butter.
