CILANTRO ABALONE
INGREDIENTS
1 Can Abalone chunks / 1 handful Cilantro / 300 ml Whipping cream / 40 gr Butter / Salt and pepper, necessary amount.

1. Place cilantro in boiling water until color changes. 2. Blend with cream and season. 3. Sear abalone in a skillet with butter. 4. Plate abalone and cover with cilantro sauce.
