Whole Cooked Frozen Lobster
The lobsters arrive alive in the cooking plant. They are sorted by size and cooked in hot water. After cooked, they are cooled in tanks, passed through quality control, and placed in draining pans. They are then classified according to weight, individually wrapped in waxed paper and placed in 10-15 kg cardboard boxes. The boxes are kept in walk-in freezers at -18 °C until their distribution.
Our lobsters are practically ready to eat after taken out of the box. They only need to be heated in water. They maintain their firm consistency and delicate flavor and have a top class presentation.
Season: September 15th till February 15th
Sizes: sorted out in pounds, 3/4-1, 1-11/4, 11/4-11/2, 11/2-13/4, 13/4-2, 2-21/4, 21/4-21/2, 21/2-3 and 3+.
