Sea cucumber is harvested by divers and taken into the processing plant. At reception, the guts are removed and the blood is drained. Then it is pre-cooked and frozen. They are packed loose in plastic bags placed in 20 kg cardboard boxes.

It is used in Asia for delicious soup recipes, rich in gelatin and highly nutritious. It is also employed as medicine against pain, and muscular, stomach or respiratory discomfort.
