Sea Snail Ceviche

SEA SNAIL CEVICHE

 
INGREDIENTS
2 cans Diced sea snail / 6 Lemons / 100 ml Olive oil / 2 Diced tomatoes / 1 Diced small white onion / 1 handful Minced cilantro / 2 Minced Serrano chiles / 100 ml Soy sauce / Salt and pepper, necessary amount.
 
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Add lemon juice and other liquid ingredients and season. 3. May be served with tostadas or saltines.
