Lobster Burritos

LOBSTER BURRITOS

 
INGREDIENTS
Flour tortillas, necessary amount / 3 Tomatoes / 2 Guajillo chiles / 300 gr White onion / 1/2 handful Cilantro / 2 Garlic cloves / 100 g White onion / 1 cup Cooked rice / 1 cup Cooked beans.
 
1. Boil in 1 L water: chiles, onion, cilantro, tomato and garlic. Blend. 2. Sauté white onion, add beans and rice. Sauté. 3. Cook diced lobster in tomato chile. 4. Fill burritos and sear on skillet. 5. Plate burritos over a bed of rice and beans.
 
Hot Entrée | Presentation: Complete raw lobster, frozen.
