Abalone in Brine

Abalone in Brine

Haliotis fulgens y Haliotis corrugata

Once cleaned and sorted by size, the abalone meat is weighted, canned in brine, cooked in autoclave, and packed in our certified plant located in Cedros Island. A strict quality control is maintained throughout the process. The sorting and weights are extremely precise.

We have two presentations of abalone canned in brine: whole and pieces. We offer them with our two registered trademarks, Cedmex and Rocamar.
